Courses for training Chabad emissaries around the world on Satam issues are designed to provide emissaries with in-depth professional and halachic knowledge, which will enable them to serve the local community and provide kosher and luxurious holy utensils. The course was built specifically for emissaries and non-Essentials, and is delivered in an online format, so that participants can participate from anywhere in the world.
